2008 Program

by Jenny and Graham

Training weekend are really popular amongst fellow runners.

Why - You learn lots, can exchange stories, compare times and injuries, eat good food and maybe do a little (yes only a little) bit of training-

Drawback - These training weekends are normally very expensive.

Solution - By combining the talents and expertise that we have at our disposal within the club - The Ultimate running weekend was born.

Date - 13th, 14th and 15th November 2009

Location - Streatley-on-Thames Berkshire. See details on right

Approx Costs - £50

Please be aware that the success of this trip will down to the number of people who sign up for it - so if you want to go, do not wait for the last minute to show your interest. Please email Jenny and Graham to reserve your place on this fun packed weekend. Children are welcome, and have a great year.

Last Years weekend was very well recieved and the feed back was very complimentary.
