From the TVXC page:
The Thames Valley Cross Country League is based around 8 races held from October to February each year.
Events are usually held on Sundays with an 11:00 AM start time – each course is usually a mixture of woodland trails and parkland and is normally about 5 to 6 miles (8 to 10 km) in length.

There’s a real mix of courses from park fields and tow paths to hills, forest, mud and puddles.

The event hosted by Sandhurst at Lord Wandsworth College is one of the season highlights not just for the location and course but for the sandwiches and cake on offer at the finish.
It attracts a certain type of runner and the club rewards those that manage to complete all 8 events.
