Great achievement by Charlotte but there were some fantastic results from our members on Saturday too. Two of our members came in as first finishers, Graham Robinson at Frimley Lodge in a field of 566 and Jon Payne at the challenging Homewood run. Brilliant results! We nearly had a hat-trick with Neil Praine coming in 2nd overall at Hogmoor Inclosure.


Basingstoke – 2 SJs made the short journey over here with Iain Findlay & Elin Loftesnes finishing in 24:00 & 26:27 respectively.
Cirencester – Lou Gubb 1st time here saw her finish in 28:23
Hogmoor Inclosure – Coming in second overall, Neil Praine finished in a very impressive 19:10
Crane Park – Continuing his touring, Stephen Casey finished in 21:55.
Bath Skyline – Mark Pattrick completed his 2nd run here in 24:32
Hazelwood – With the 6 Nations starting, Stuart Mayes got around in 23:49.
Lanhydrock – Down in Bodmin, Max Woods & Sacha Kendall-Woods completed this run in 23:44 & 29:03 respectively.
Homewood – At this challenging course, a fantastic achievement by Jon Payne being the first finisher here in a new PB 20:41. Helen Vizard our other SJ here finishing in a good time of 26:25
Woodley – Running as a Pacer, Jon Green finished in 22:36 which was a new PB!
Guildford – A time of 31:46 gained a PB for Claire Gujer!
Bedfont Lakes – Stuart Overhill finished in 23:56
Llanelli Coast – Kim Reeves completed this in 27:10
Houghton Hall – In his 53rd run here, Andy Summerskill finished in 26:28 which was a new PB!
Well done to Jim Laidlaw, that mileage is ramping up and we can see all the half marathons being run by other members as training runs build up.
